Fever is that condition of boby , in which body temperature rise from normal body temperature i.e. 98.3 degree F.
Fever is not a disease, this is a symptomof other disease.
Temperature of body get high due to Bacterial infection , virus infection, may be due bite of mosquitoes which cause malaria.
Before treatment we known that cause of fever are bactetial , viral , or other reason.
Most common medicine which are used for reduce the body temperature are following :
• Paracetamol
• Nimusulide
• Ibuprofen
• Naproxen
• Diclofenac
Along with antihistamine and other specific medicine ( Antibiotics, Antiviral, Antimalarial ).
Antihistamine medicine are taken with all medicine.
Some Antihistamine medicines are:
• Cetrizine
• Levocetrizine
• Hydroxyzine.
If fever is cause due to Bacterial infection. In this case add antibacterial medicines such as:
• Amoxicillin
• Ofoxacin
• Ciprofoxacin.
