There are many platforms that offer staking rewards for USDT or BUSD or other stablecoins. What you need to take in account is 1- whats your goal for the short/long term? 2- how much risk are you confortable with?

If you want to feel "SAFE" i would go with the staking offered by one of the top 3 exchanges (For example: Binance). Binance offers 6% APY on your deposits (i would say with almost NO risk).
