Spring time is my favorite time of the year. The ground is thawing and the lambs arrive.

I had twins born this morning, as you can see it was quiet cold out.

Yes I just cut down trees and build the sheep shed over where they were.
This little stump make a very useful place to sit while I sheer my sheep

I went to check on them tonight and this little black faced one had died. The mother wanted nothing to do with this little lamb, normally when this happens I put them in this little pen and they bond but not this little one. :(

I am disappointed because I was very excited about the markings on the black faced twin and was hoping to keep her as a replacement ewe for my flock.
