Regarding your comments about services like Pinata not accepting crypto for payment, I was reminded of this open-source crypto payment project BTCPay Server and given your experience with server related stuff, I would be interested in your thoughts as to how feasible it would be to set up a pinning service using BTCPay as the payment layer? Maybe such a project could be started as an open source collaborative project via something like Radicle?
