Well yes. In Venezuela, the sanctions did not affect the government at all, they affected Venezuelans. We all believed that there would be an impact but no, this government does not come out with sanctions. What bothers me is that this translates into more money that they can waste, because the problem in Venezuela is mismanagement of resources together with illicit enrichment by state authorities. For which we can say that we are guilty, because we know this and everyone lives his life as he can, surviving, complaining but doing nothing to change things. Although we already know that those protests did not solve anything, only hundreds of Venezuelans died unjustly and there was no change either.
