Yo normalmente no suelo hacer la Flexiones con una velocidad exagerada ya que me gustan hacerlas controladas para mayor efectividad y sentir el trabajo que estoy haciendo.
El reto consiste en hacer 50 Flexiones en 50' Segundos cómo máximo, y yo logré hacerlo con un record de 38,11' Sec. La verdad no me lo esperaba jsjs.
Reglas
Flexionar hasta que los brazos formen un ángulo de 90° Grados.
Tener las piernas completamente estiradas.
No se permiten cortes en el vídeo.
I don't usually do push-ups at an exaggerated speed as I like to do them in a controlled manner for effectiveness and to feel the work I'm doing.
