yea i was mostly disappointed. i used to have a lot of respect for dan but not anymore. a great coder but a horrible leader.

he talks about freedom/anarchy/accountability/etc, but when it comes to his own work it's all about invitation-only, regional restrictions, no comments allowed, and some random powerpoint slides that could literally mean anything.

we'll see how many people get drawn into a mediocre facebook clone.
