Couple months ago our blockchain company www.predprocessing.com has made a meetup at the Ministry of Finance in Russia and we made a report related the development of blockchain pension system implementation for the non-government pension funds. We offered the DPOS approach for the system like the one adopted by bitshares. Now the long discussion has started within the Russian governmental authorities and we participate in regulative sandbox related to blockchain adoption within the pension system in Russia
