Is there a time frame on voting for a post? I remember something like that from the old days. For example - If I vote on a post that is only a few minutes old do I get penalized and earn less Than waiting 30 minutes? I think it was 30 minutes a long time ago. I'm not talking about how other people voting after me affects my vote. Although I would love a better understanding of that as well if possible. Sorry if I'm not making sense. Thank you 😀
