Resulta y acontece que desde el día lunes se supone que inicié a caminar, y el día martes le tomé un poco más de seriedad, tanta que hasta me instalé Actifit para contar los pasos y aprovechar de subir más contenido por este medio.
Bueno, resulta que el día de ayer una compañera de trabajo me ha invitado a su casa para conversar un rato, ya que ambas estamos de vacaciones y necesitamos como algo de recreación. Posteriormente, mi amiga se mete a la casa y, de repente, cuando veo a la niña que viene con un plato, me he quedado muy asombrada.

Aunque, debo decir que lo que más me encanta son estos detalles de que las personas preparan algo muy especial con intención de compartir conmigo y sabiendo que es algo que me va a gustar y que les voy a agradecer porque siento el cariño y el agrado de saber que estoy presente en sus mentes.

Aunque, por salir a disfrutar de una conversación agradable junto a un buen plato de arroz con leche, he perdido el día de la caminata y el objetivo de alcanzar de cuatro mil a diez mil pasos, que es la meta diaria.
Por supuesto, también pienso que no todos los días se realiza esto, además de que estoy de vacaciones y sentí que, ya que no pude salir en estas vacaciones a hacer lo que más quería, entonces deberé darme un gusto de vez en cuando, aunque debo tener cuidado para no abusar.
