Hello my dear hivers! I hope you are well today, I want to tell you how this November 16 I played a tournament on the lichess platform and I started playing in the most horrible way that can exist and then I was able to regain control of my chess and trying as far as possible to play a decent chess.
Since some time ago, exactly since December 19, 2020, I play tournaments where 2 qualifiers are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and in which only the first 10 places of each qualifier advance to a final that takes place on Saturdays.
In the first days there were not many players who participated, but they were constant, in the middle of this year 2021 the organizer announced that the player who won the final would receive $5 as a prize, this now made the number of players increased significantly in each qualifier and added to that were very strong players.
Since the organizer made the announcement of the $5 prize, it has been very difficult for me to qualify for the finals, however, this time I was able to make a chess comeback and not only qualify but also enter the podium.
I started this tournament very badly, I lost the first two rounds and I thought that to enter the final I had to win the remaining 7 rounds and thus be in the top 10.
The 7 games of the 7 victories
For some people the number 7 is the lucky number, well I think so haha
First victory
Second victory
Third victory
Fourth victory
Fifth victory
Sixth victory
The seventh victory (last round) my opponent lost by time and I placed in the third place of the podium and qualified to the final, well my dear friends of #hivechess and this is how I could make a chess comeback I hope you liked it, I will tell you how I do on Saturday. See you soon.
