3 God used his power to give us everything we need, and to live as he wants. God gave us all that when He made us know Jesus Christ. Through him, he chose us to be part of his wonderful kingdom.
4 In addition, he has given us all the important and valuable things that he promised us. Through them, you can be like God and not like the sinful people of this world, because the evil desires of those people destroy others.
5 Therefore, my advice is to put all your effort into:
Affirm their trust in God,
strive to do good,
seek to know God better,
6 and master their evil desires.
In addition, they must be patient,
give your life to God,
7 esteem your brothers in Christ
and above all,
love everyone equally.
8 If you know Jesus Christ, you will do all that, and try to do it better and better. Thus, they will live doing good.
9 But whoever does not do so is as if he were blind, and forgets that God has forgiven him for all the wrong he did.
10 Brothers, God has chosen you to be part of your people, and if you want to be forever, you should try harder to do all this. In that way, they will never fail in their Christian life,
11 and God will gladly welcome you into the kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who reigns forever.
2 Peter 1: 3 -11
Without him, we can not.
He is necessary.
Look for it and enjoy its presence and what it has for you.
