Originally the first football in Chuadanga was started in 1896, in Kuralgachi-Karasadanga area of Damurhuda upazila. In 1907, football became more crowded in Kuralgachi-Karpasdanga area and continued until the beginning of the First World War. Regional Shield Tournament started in Kuralgachi-Carpasadanga football at that time. The Chuadanga football team won the championship trophy with the tournament title.
