Time to get some healthy food!

When I was in Brunei, I stayed in a rural area and I use to love listening to them singing at night, especially after the rain, it;s so harmony, not a noisy sound at all!

The port is very modern, hope to see more of the city streets soon!

I hope you are having a better day today, since it's Diwali, happy celebration to you.

I drink hot lemon water with honey whenever I'm sick, it helps soothing the breathing. Raw garlic, I know it's good for the body but I like it cooked first... :P

Xanthan Gum is so expensive over here, I couldn't afford to have that so my plan of baking my own healthy bread has been on hold, I do have Psyllium Husk Powder in store, not open yet :P

Must be a mixed feeling looking at these old collections of your parents. I guess the best part is their old photos.

I really like looking at the colour of autumn!

Oh my, cake!! That look so tasty!

They are so cute when they are small! The time to go trick a treat costume was amazing!!

Funny thing is, I never to cook lotus because I don't know how to choose lotus so I gave up on this veggie... Haha

We at South East Asia really needed rain last few months due to the haze, rain is always welcome but not the thunder storm though... :)

Sure is hard to captured them I supposed, but the ball's reflection of the girls are nice.

We have those all the time too, they really are annoying some times... Haha

So sorry for your lost.

Beautiful day you will have with this view!

You have loads of antiques in your hand now, must be very excited!

There's always a missing pieces, or two somewhere around... in this household at least...
