Always remember that you have come out of a lot of chaos. That your world has collapsed again and again and that the rest of the world keeps going even though you are at your worst. I know you've thought about not getting up but suddenly you get up, dust yourself off and continue. If you have survived your chaos, feel proud of yourself and understand that the pieces are always rebuilt in a different way, more beautiful but they are rebuilt.
