Hive Open Mic Week #99 - Oneness - Oh My Love - Cover by @Rosana6
Happy week, Hive Open Mic family! Today I am very pleased to join the 99th week of this initiative, where once again we will be joining our voices and our hearts in a common goal.
This time we will be performing the song Oh My Love, composed by the legendary British singer-songwriter John Lennon and Yoko Ono, as part of the album Imagine released in 1971.
I have been listening to many users' submissions and I can already anticipate that the result of editing all those voices and instruments will be simply wonderful. I hope my humble contribution will be to your liking.
Oh My Love
Oh my love, for the first time in my life
My eyes are wide open.
Oh my lover, for the first time in my life
My eyes can see.
I see the wind
Oh, I see the trees
Everything is clear in my heart.
I see the clouds
Oh, I see the sky
Everything is clear in our world.
Oh my love, for the first time in my life
My mind is wide open.
Oh my lover, for the first time in my life
My mind can feel.
I feel the sorrow
Oh, I feel dreams
Everything is clear in my heart.
I feel life
Oh, I feel love
Everything is clear in our world.
