After completing my education, I have joined one of the biggest companies in Indonesia, my position is supervisor in that office...
As a supervisor I have a big responsibility, in terms of work, everyone must achieve the target, both production and sales, not to mention in handling subordinates, not all subordinates can be managed or given direction, some often do their own work without thinking about any consequences.
As a boss, of course I have to be very patient with him and slowly try to give him good directions so that he can further improve the way he works

Among all hobbies, I like to visit beautiful places the most, it's the most enjoyable thing for me
