Trading is really hard to make profits.
Fees and fucking up your sells and too many transactions will take all of your profits.
IMO Trading is not my game.
I wouldn't recommend it as your game - if you are barely making profits.
You're a good artist.
You ought to be focusing on building your art business, and integrating cryptocurrencies [BTC ETH HIVE] as sources of income in addition to earning USD for your art business.
If you can pay your bills in USD - and you can accumulate cryptocurrencies, then you can wait, and take profit when the bull markets are flush.
It's a long game.
Pick a project you believe in that has potential to serve you.
[HIVE / ETH / EOS / RARI]
Figure out how to increase the value of your own business using that platform, and if possible, figure out how you can increase the value of the platform itself.
Accumulate Assets, and stake them if possible, so you aren't tempted to pull out early.
And try to build that project up.
So if you think of yourself as a HIVE artist - and you accumulate HIVE and you stake HIVE and you mint on NFTShowroom, and you build an audience and bring them to HIVE.
And OTHERs do that too -- Then you will help increase the value of HIVE in a more sustainable way, which will help transition the platform into a bull market.
Then we moon.
Try to take profit before it crashes -- but even after it crashes, it's cool, because you're actually building something sustainable.
.:.
The monetization strategies have to do with using multiple economies. So, you want to be earning in ETH and HIVE and USD. -- if you're an american. If you're from another country, then use that Fiat currency.
The way you do that is by figuring out what you want to do with your art business.
You could do Freelance, or you could have a separate job, or you could do projects.
I personally like doing projects and using crowdfunding through kickstarter and patreon, in addition to posting on HIVE and being involved in Cryptoart.
So my strategies are to have a single project, which is leveraged in multiple economies, which in theory will allow me to accumulate cryptocurrency, which I can then take profit when the time is right --
WHEN IS THE TIME RIGHT?
wHEN we moon?
Soon.
I don't know.
But if I'm just looking for a hype bubble, then I'm not really seeking a sustainable path forward.
Which is why the Devs are all #BUIDL and #HODL.
Cause they know that creating long term value is about taking an asset that is worth next to nothing, and then 10x etc. ing it, and accumulating it, and building it until it's a project that has its own sort of substance and value within the larger blockchain ecosystem.
So basically, the answer is "Build a Legitimate art business, that integrates HIVE / ETH / BTC as critical parts of your actual economic activity and audience engagement -- in addition to participating within your local FIAT economy, and audience search."
In doing this you bring the most value to yourself, and to the platforms you are engaged with, and it will keep you busy enough to where you won't be overly worried about cashing out, because your time horizon for taking profit will be extended farther into the future.
