Yea, fundamentally, I don't think focusing on Onboarding anyone right now is a great idea.

I think what needs to happen is that the top Artists in these communities below need to develop their careers in the following areas:

• Get Quality Projects in front of EOS / ETH / WAX collectors, while also promoting exclusive collections on NFTShowroom.

This ends up increasing the number of quality collectors that are on the NFTShowroom marketplace.

• Monetize these same Crypto Projects in USD Via experimental Kickstarter Campaigns / OnlyFans / Patreon / Kindle / LBRY / Skillshare / Twitch / Youtube. [pick one or two - My vote is Quickstarter.

This increases wealth for these artists, which pays for bills without extracting from HIVE, which allows for more HP Staking, which in turn allows greater community building via upvotes, as well as personal audience engagement incentivization. This also expands audiences beyond those who are already fluent in Crypto.

• Increase collaboration with Non-HIVE Cryptoartists, or Non-Crypto creators, ideally ones with an equal or higher level of following or exposure, capable of producing high quality projects.

This is another method of onboarding that focuses on the financial viability of collaborating with a HIVE artist. If an EOS / ETH artist collaborates with a HIVE artist, on a financially successful project, that onboard is in the bag. If a non-crypto creator collabs with a HIVE artist and that is a successful project, that person has an illuminating experience, and crosses a bridge of skepticism, (along with their current FIAT audience?)

• Experiment with Engagement methods that use a combination of Twitter and HIVE Blog Exclusive Engagement, in order to proved some form of value to their audiences which is only accessible via their HIVE blog.

This is meant to onboard the audience members that are developed through posting outside of HIVE. Meaning, if you are active on CENT or Twitter or Youtube, or have a Twitch Following or have a Kickstarter Backer Following, or a Patreon Following, or a Deviantart following etc -- If you can find a way to offer these people something that is only available to participate through joining up on HIVE and engaging with posts -- this would be a solid way to onboard communities in the form of audiences for individual artists -- who would ideally meld and cross-pollinate with the current art communities on HIVE, and expand into collectors on NFTShowroom.

The Communities that come to mind:

• Sketchbook

Those are my thoughts on actionable strategy for onboarding cryptoartists.

Because I think the focus on onboarding is a failure. The focus needs to be on building multi-platformed, multi-audience- art businesses, that provide some exclusive value that is only available on HIVE.

In doing that, incentive is created for defacto onboarding by collaborators, collectors, and audiences, who are all joining HIVE Because they have a reason besides "Onboard to HIVE and get rewards for posts, plus there are cool people there."

People are mostly inclined to do whatever they want to do, so I think the best thing for me to do is just try and do this in my own work.

I just looked through the top pages of each of the three art communities that I am aware of here on HIVE, and found each of you make something that I feel could be monetized, in the context of a larger project.

I know many of you are already building a #cryptoart audience that extends onto other platforms, and will bring collectors here onto NFTShowroom.

I know that some of you already have external jobs, or other art gigs that occupy your time.

I'm going to be trying to do these things in my own work, at my own pace, but I assumed it would be worth while just sharing my thoughts with each of you, since I know that many of you are thinking similar things, also.

My thinking is that if we focus on building our own businesses, and wealth and audiences, and skills in a more systemic sense.

[KICKSTARTER]+[PATREON]+[ETH]+[EOS]+[HIVE]
[TWITCH]+[TWITTER]+[SKILLSHARE]+[LBRY]

Etc. but do it in a way where it's just ONE project, at a time, being leveraged on each of these different platforms - while branding ourselves as HIVE artists.

Or offering some unique value part
While also our process on HIVE Blogs, or in NFTShowroom, etc.

Then, we can sort of become magnets for audience members, and collectors, and collaborators, and the other people who are in these art communities, and active on NFTShowroom, can mimick our approach, -- and we can bring more HP into the whole art community system, and we can each have more sustainable, income-diverse sources of revenue -> AND then each of those things will I think inevitably lead toward an onboarding that happens because we made room for those people to want to be here.

Sort of like solve their motivation to join up first:

• To be a successful artist, like the ones on HIVE.
• To join in a successful project with an artist from HIVE.
• To follow a project from an artist they love on HIVE.
• To engage on HIVE in a unique way that is only accessible through the platform.
• To collect work that is only available on HIVE, because they followed you from another platform.

Then it sort of solves a bunch of problems at once.

Those are my thoughts - I'll try to share some more of these ideas / examples in posts, without tagging everyone. I'm pretty sure it's rude to do that - but I was just thinking -- If each of us really started kicking ass as artists, it would pretty much turn a lot of these initiatives on their head [Onboard / POSH].

I probably won't try doing this again, because even though I think this is the most direct path toward growth for HIVE as an ecosystem, It's hard to convince people to try to do these things, and most people have their own agenda and priorities as well.

I just felt it was worth while to tag you all and delineate one possible actionable plan.

I personally am going to finish a project that I leveraged on Kickstarter, and Patreon, in a way that lets me collaborate with a 6k follower voice actress on twitter, to create an MP4 series of sequential art, that is monetizable through Cryptoart, which has part of the collection only available on NFTShowroom, with other parts on ETH and EOS.

I'm going to finish that project, and see how the print run goes, and how the mp4 voice acting series goes, and how the various cryptoart 1/1 set iterations go, and then I'm going to take the successes and replicate them for my previous projects, bringing them up to the same level of completion and financial extraction.

The only coolest idea that I have that I haven't integrated would be something akin to a live-tweet Choose Your Own Adventure that is psychographically targeted toward Cyberpunk Synthwave Audiences. with some sort of regular / daily share onto HIVE.

So the objective of that would be to build audience on Kickstarter / Patreon / Twitter / EOS / HIVE -- centered around twitter [and maybe a streaming platform?] -- focused on the sort of cypherpunk themes that get everyone off in the decentralized space --

And then be able to open source some of those sequentials for HIVE Advert GIFs for the twitterverse.

That's the best Idea I have, but I need to Finish a project before I can get there.
