Yea, I wasn't certain myself --
I had some thoughts in my head recently about a mixed media / illustration / gltch / distortion project.
I think the cricital part would be mostly storytelling -- to fulfill a minimum required page count to qualify for "graphic novel" status.
It would also need to be sufficiently yours, in order to not be mostly mine -- so there was a balance in execution and final appearance.
I'll be focusing on my own project pretty much full time until June. Maybe crowdfunding it in June or July for "the big event".
After that, I'll need Something Else to work on.
I initially thought it would be cool to have your psychedelic flower work somehow integrated into the backgrounds of my Alice comic -- but it seems like that's a lot of effort, and I want to just keep the money to myself and do the work myself for this project.
Plus, I'm not sure that would be very creatively fulfilling.
The Redhead Comic was a felicitous match up from an archive piece I had, and have never developed.
The Liberty | Death project in my mind at the moment is basically "a well executed storyboard" in my current mindset.
Were I to do that myself -- take up that project again, I would probably expand its storyboard to include some other ideas and then expand and refine in an episodic release, ultimately aiming at a 120+- page graphic novel project.
Not a bad idea.
But, I'm sufficiently curious about collaboration.
Here's the web rez pdf for Liberty | Death
.:.
I think a bit more of a mild initial forray into collaboration on steemit might be a sort of series that develops publicly here with more regular back and forth -- but I'm kind of $_$ these days.
Trying to get that CREAM while still doing interesting things, and my best guess at the moment is graphic novel length projects.
Your court, and detachment from the outcome for myself.
