Any media outlet is free to publish content covering whatever topics it wishes.
For commercial outlets the editor is tasked with maintaining quality of content to retain and increase its consumer base.

As the British Broadcasting Company is paid for by extortion it is fairly unique in its ability to publish without the concerns of revenue generation.
Above is an article on bbc.com detailing the Norwegian's ability to view their fellow slaves earnings and tax liabilities. This is not news but an article. News is out of nowhere and mostly dynamic, articles however can be part of future-planning.

Here's my thoughts on some of the reasons this article has been included and approved for publication in an editorial planning meeting.

  1. Is the continuation of normalising big wise government by showing that all nations including Norway have them. It's all natural and full of goodness.

  2. Further down the article is this graphic and tag mind programming propaganda:

This serves to turn slave against slave in order that they police themselves like thoughtless dumb animals.
Turning sheep away from being outraged at the huge percentage of the reward for their daily toil being stolen by their keepers.
