Holaaaaa, qué más? Tenía tiempo sin subir actualizaciones por acá, estuve la semana pasada sin ir al gym pero ya lo retomé está semana. Fue día de piernas, hoy estaba un poco más motivado que el lunes pero no mucho sinceramente.
Helloooooo, what's up? It's been some time since I posted an update last time, I didn't go to the gym the past week but this week have gone almost everyday. Today was leg day again, I was a bit more inspired than on Monday but not that much.
