It was the knock on the door that stopped him. He was sure that he saw no one when he opened it the first time. He looked around, it seems as if it was a game. He was sure at that moment, that they were ghosts, that the house that he was in is haunted. Strangely, he felt that they were not there to harm him. He moved away from that door into the middle of the room. He felt breezes of air coming from the door on the right side of the room. It felt like if someone was blowing air at his feet. He heard someone crying from far away. He went closer to that door. But, there was someone standing right in front of the door. Just from the other side of it. He saw the key placed inside the door. He placed his hand on the key. But, did not dare to turn it. Then, the voice of an old lady asking for help. She told him that she was sure that someone kind would come by and he will offer her help. She begged and said that he was her last hope. He opened the door and something pushed him to the floor. That was another ghost he said. He took the key and ran away. Soon, he heard screams from down the stairs. He felt that he opened the door to darkness. He saw other ghosts with chains on them. He went down stairs and saw people walking with chains too. He asked them what is going on. They said that, they trapped this ghost earlier because, he was an evil one. But, now that he is free and he has the key to the room. He is going to take revenge. He felt guilty and tried to look for the few ghosts he heard earlier on the other door. He went their, and all he heard is their screams.

Pegou a chave e fugiu.
