My personal experience is that there are very few people really intrested in a subject.
Yes, superficillay and bit for the show and the form.
The main problem is that information has to be kept in libraries and archives, where selections are made. Under the motto: “You can’t keep everything” many books and periodicals are destroyed, without thinking about the question where you can find a copy somewhere.
Of course there is lack of place, but libraries could decide to co-operate. And they could more digitalize.
The central question is: for which price have we access to information.
Is that not our basic right?
Even in the so-called western “ideal democracy” is this right not granteed !!!
