That salary increase is on purpose @uyobong. I know it makes life tough and difficult to keep good players - but everybody in the league has the same problems. The solution is to find underrated players and hang on to those - and to play as well as possible with the existing players. It is also a possibility to try out scouting more - you have to decide on your own if that is wise to do or not.
