Let me understand: you want to reward members of #silvergoldstackers that are posting about, let's say, "Gothic Architecture" and not using the tag, instead of rewarding members that post more than once a day with the tag #silvergoldstackers on his/hers articles and these are about precious metals.
If the above is true, I would like to ask a personal doubt: I write two daily different articles about my coin collection, one in English with the account @ronavel and one in Portuguese with the account @ronaldoavelino. On both I use the #silvergoldstackers tag, but I am only upvoted daily on the @ronavel's articles.
So I will receive a Precious Gem everyday due to @ronavel's article. If I stop using the tag on @ronaldoavelino's articles, they will now be upvoted because of the Precious Gem that I have just received. That will happen everyday.
