It has Been a While

It has been a while since I last slept a full 8-hour uninterrupted sleep. It has been a while since I last slept early and woke up early. It has been a while since I felt fully energized when I woke up. Ahh. It has been a while since I last felt fully rested. Ahh. It's a beautiful Monday morning everyone! Rise and shine!

I cleaned up the entire house yesterday. As a mom, it feels therapeutic to feel the floor dust and crumble free, to smell the cleanliness of the bathroom and the laundry room, to see the kitchen spic and span, to look all over the house and see order and organization. If you have a three-year old toddler, these things are priceless. And that's just that. I enjoyed my 10-second bliss of pure cleanliness of the house.

While I was clening, a lot of things went through in my head. When you're a mother, your planning state all happens during your cleaning time. And since I spent the rest of the day yesterday going through cleaning, I had a lot of plans.

You see the role of being the SteemPH lead was passed to me by @bearone last year. I haven't really publicly acknowledged that until now that we are migrating and rebranding into HivePH. I have always had the heart to help out our fellow filipino bloggers. I myself have received a lot of support when I was just starting out, and being the HivePH lead gives me the chance to extend the help I was given.

And now that I am fully recharged and ready to charge forward, I am happy to accept the challenges. My strength has always been in supporting. You can see that with the characters I choose on my MMORPGs. What I love most is preparing my teammates to battle by giving them full buffs before they go out and fight.

Basically, that's the direction that we will be heading. With our curation plans, we are expecting to help our underappreciated fellow filipino writers and artists that continue to produce quality content in the platform. We will be assisting newcomers as well and encourage everyone to engage in positive interactions with each other.

Of course, as a community, we should not only be on the look out for what the community can do for us. We should also think about what ae can do for the community. After all WE are the ones that makes up the entirety of the community. We are the community.

Let us help one another. Bring on those qulity contents so we can start engaging amd communicating. Let us encourage and empower. But most of all, let us all stay at home. Have plenty of sleep amd rest. This is our new normal. Hive on!
