... all I can say is I would be interested in knowing where that would be in our world today. The Philippine people must have a much higher standard of expectation for their public officials than we do here in America. It is truly pathetic how far (collectively speaking ...) my people have fallen in this regard. From what we inherited from our Founding Fathers ...
