Do you have any idea the scale/scope of the coverage in South Korea?

I'd heard there were something like 20,000 transmitters(?) in Wuhan... wondering if that might have been the factor by which the conclusions were drawn, perhaps would make sense if there were only hundreds in the South Korean cities - thus not the first city, but first to have it running at such a high capacity...? 🤔🤷‍♂️
