Hello Everybody!
Happy Saturday and welcome back to another wonderful fitness of the day. Hope you guys are doing well and having a great time with your activities.
As for me, well, I started out this morning and the grounds wet with a little spray mist coming down as I made my rounds around the neighborhood, which I didn鈥檛 mind. I liked it actually.
And I noticed quite a few were walking, running and jogging this morning some with their pets and baby infant in a stroller.
Returned home before 10am and rested on the couch watching the news and then off to fixing myself a light breakfast.
Then had to tend some errands and an appointment to have my eyewear readjusted.
