Howdy Everyone,
Happy Saturday and welcome to another fitness report.
Again I did my walk early this morning around the neighborhood. Nice cool weather with soft gentle breeze.
It was quite this morning and I hardly hear the choir of birds. But I saw dogs barking, bunnies busy eating grass, and squirrels running around crossing the streets.
I got home from my morning walk way too early and as always managed to obtain an automaticwin.
At home I made a light breakfast of avocado smoothie then watched shows on Netflix and also reading and upvoting posts and took a nap for a little bit.
Mid afternoon was getting warm around 70F degrees. Waited for a couple of hours then decided to go the rose garden park at Point Defiance. And found the park is now officially open. Lots of people were there this afternoon.
Saw a bunch of geese. And here are pictures of them.
On my way out to the parking I took pictures of the bridge nearby and one where Mt. Rainer was in the background.
