Good day and Happy 4th Everyone,
Welcome to my fitness report. Hope you guys are doing well and having a fantastic time with your activities.
As for me, I woke up early this morning to another beautiful glorious day and always ready to take on my morning walk around the neighborhood.
Here are some pictures I’d like to share with everyone.
Went to the waterfront this afternoon, it was a little bit warm and so I wore my sunscreen and soft cap. A lot of people were walking, cycling, rollerblading and some walking with their dogs. Everyone were having a fun time being active under the sun and getting healthy.

At home I watched the tribute show for the Independence Day “Salute to America.” I enjoyed listening and hearing the speech as well as the air show displays at the end. It was absolutely amazing.
