Beautiful Nature in the Park 🙋🏻♀️🌞🌿 My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2020
Greetings Everyone,
Happy Sunday and welcome to my fitness report.
So, today was an incredibly beautiful day. I woke up and was awaken by these tweets and chirps coming from these tiny robins perched on the tree near my bedroom window. Perhaps they knew that today we would have a nice weather to be enjoyed and delight with.
As usual, I did my warmup exercises and then off to my long walk adventure around the neighborhood and high-up above me are blue skies and scattered chunks of white fluffy clouds hanging and moving around everywhere were fascinating to see.
Along the way as I made my way around I saw and found a bee attracting and feeding himself from the nectar of this beautiful tiny pink flower that blooms on the side of the sidewalk.
He surely got himself a delicious breakfast from the sound of it. And certainly he’ll continue to find more for his lunch and dinner too and there’s plenty of beautiful flowers to go around. Lol.
Got home just before 10AM, rested on the couch, fixed myself little breakfast and then watched a show on Netflix.
Come afternoon, I headed off to the park for a long leisure stroll. Just going around in circles enjoying all the nature in the park.
The trees were incredibly looking really tall and spectacular in view.
I felt they exude beauty and gave off pleasing and inviting energy to visitors around them. It’s the perfect place for walkers, runners, joggers, cyclist and everyone else.
Additionally. I thought that their natural beauty seems to provide calming and soothing effect and awe, which is an amazing awesomeness about nature.
Lastly, my visit to the park was wonderful I had a great time with my leisure stroll this afternoon all because of the beautiful lovely weather and amazing nature.
