There is one sushi restaurant in Berlin that matches the level of the mythic 893 Ryotei and thats Zenkichi. The food that they serve is so incredibly complex and at the same time traditional that you can tell that a great japanese Cheff is pulling the strings behind its kitchen. My favorite part of the whole meal was the sashimi, unbelievably fresh!
This place ist the living proof that tradition can get along with Innovation!!
