In my last trip to Italy I had the chance to taste many great dishes. I spend a couple of days in an italian Beach and I had a super cool lunch in a restaurant with sea-view, you can't imagine how good the pasta was. That meal got me thinking about italian gastronomy and its complexity in its simplicity, everything can be tasty if paired with the right ingredients!
