Planet Naenett Sigma is rainy. I visited this planet following the trace of antimatter.
I landed near an abandoned building with some alien eggs scattered around. I would never mess with those eggs. Last time I did it in normal mode, monsters broke out of them to kill me. I'm not going to risk that in permadeath mode.
I found a terminal inside the building, and extracted the blueprint of antimatter. Now I can make warp cells to charge my starship's hyperdrive.
With hyperdrive charged, my starship is fully functional with capability of interstellar travel. I launched my ship to space and opened the galaxy map.
In the galaxy map, I can choose a path to the center of the galaxy for primary mission, or just visit any star system reachable within my hyperdrive range. I decided to go along with primary mission and warped to Kukiha XIII system which is 83 light-years away.
After arriving Kukiha XIII system, my starship auto-diagnostics system warned that hyperdrive fuel is depleted. But fuel source was also detected in the system. It's a small icy planet named Zahh IX.
Fuel source on Zahh IX is a gigantic black monolith with a glowing blue circular eye. Interacting with this monolith, it is revealed that I am categorized as a "Traveller."
I also picked up a distress signal from a nearby planet called Leybir Prime. It turned out to be a distress beacon of a wrecked starship.
From the beacon I obtained "advanced mining laser" technology. Messages stored in the beacon is not recoverable except for the pilot's name, "Artemis."
The wrecked ship has more inventory slots than my current ship, but it's a badly damaged class C starship. I'll pass this one and keep my current ship.
I'm going out to the space again. Tutorial phase is almost finished.
