I think Solskjaer is only there at this point because there really is no obvious choice to take over. Allegri seems interested but he plays a very defensive style the fans won't be very into and would only go if he got a massive contract. Any other pick would require boldness on United's part. But the big point is Solskjaer wasn't qualified for this job in the first place. He wasn't qualified to manage any premier league team. His only record was getting Cardiff relegated. You can't sack a coach at the first sign of trouble but the first sign of trouble was now a long time ago. I'd have said stick with him if they weren't in danger of missing out on the top 7 (Europe) but if they're in danger of not even finishing top 10, he has got to go.
