Stuck on a problem
I was stuck on a problem today that I couldn't stop thinking about.
Does that ever happen to you? I needed to break my routine and get out from behind my desk. I decided to take a walk.
Beautiful sunset
Today greeted me with a beautiful sunset on my walk. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.
This post is part of my celebration of life and living. I walked today, saw several rabbit, a beautiful sky, friendly people, and a smooth path. I couldn't have asked for more.
If you get stuck on a hard problem, take a walk. It gets your circulation up, which is good for thinking, at least it has been for me over the years. I would encourage you to exercise in some form, and I'm not even a doctor. :D
