The people in the leadership are also from the same society which they are now leading and they were also average citizens before they got to power and became

leaders of the country,,so whatever such leaders do at the top level is also a reflection of the society they are from because they were brought up from that same

society..so whatever attitudes they display during leadership didn’t just start now,it has always been in them even as an average citizen...
