Hi everyone,
I just ended my 6th online class for the subject Organization Leadership. Towards the end of my class, my lecturer threw another topic to think and discuss:
Who make better leader between man and woman?
This topic is one of those topic that is going to be real hard to discuss and I always find this topic interesting.
Most studies finds man will always going to be that alpha in any organization. For many centuries until today, man has always being treated as the leader in any organization. Almost most studies agrees that man is more valuable than woman due to the fact that woman has limitation in terms of capability especially in terms of masculine job scope. For this reason, feminity has treated as less valuable to organization.
Then, who is a better leader?
In my opinion, when it comes to this question of who is a better leader, it goes back to the person that values the quality of leadership and not based on gender itself. To me, equality between both gender should be the first factor when treating both gender. Otherwise, organization will not fully utilize its human resource capability.
