Well, first and foremost, I bet this question isn't some new question out there. I believe most HOD or HR is having a hard time dealing with people. Of course, different people have different needs and trying to fulfill everyone is a fairytale. You can set a standard guide but it won't match everyone, of course that is the fact of life and work.

Personally, to me, micromanage is effective method to deal with people in all aspects. But, dealing with a large number of employee can be really exhausting. Don't get me wrong here. I love at what I do and that includes micromanaging. But then, it will take your time and energy to fulfill the goals. I like micromanage but I don't like how I have to spend more time on it.

How I go about it?

Well, delegation seems to be a good pair with micromanage. It takes away the unneccasary time spent on micromanaging. By far, it worked.

Conclusion

Anyway, I won't be talking much of my work but I want to point out how effective micromanaging do to ensure employees do their work and meet objectives. Downside of doing micromanage is it requires a lot of time and energy to accomplish tasks.

Have a great day people!
