Hi everybody,
Just ended my online class for one of my subject, Human Capital Development and towards the end of the class, my lecturer throwed us this question,
What is your WHY?
It was relatively a simple question with a lot of room for discussion. Answers was obviously vary for each individual.
Hence, after the class, I took a quick research on Google and I was surprised that the question was quite popular among motivators which includes Simon Sinek.
This question was apparently quite famous when it comes to hustling and creating young entrepreneurs.
It piqued me to share this question here on Hive community to also look into this thought, "What is your WHY?"
At the same time, this question can also be interpreted in different words such, "What is your motivation?" or "What is your objective?". All in all, it defines the same meaning behind different words.
My WHY?
While searching for the answer, it seems that having Why can really helps us fill that gap in life we all have. We might not realize them but one after another, we have that hole we want to fill. Knowing what's what will improve our happiness too.
To explain in simpler words, above is a diagram that might help you select your why.
