My business venture current progress (patakpatak.my) : Website content update continuation, finalizing project focus and licensing

It has been quite some time now and I figured that it is time to give some progress on my current business venture, patakpatak.my, a crowdfunding platform based in Sabah and aimed at offering service for Sabahan.

Our website is live and running on the internet

It has been nearly a week now and our website has alive and can be viewed on the internet. There was a slight delay on this due to the Eid festive season. However, the timeline now is back on track and we are working hard to reach the outcome.

Website content updates continuation

One of our biggest challenge at the moment is to update the contents on the website. I requires a proper content which not only appealing but to comply with our local authorities guidelines. This could take some time but our time line is around a week for completion.

I hope we can really follow the timeline or otherwise will stretch another week or so. But the most important element here is the perfection.

Project focus

Another major hurdle we currently face is the project we want to venture in. At the moment, our vision is to venture into SME, Technology and Charity. However, our shareholders would like to also venture into Medical which might cause a lot of external barriers.

It has not been finalized but we are working hard to sort things out which at the end of the day suits everybody.

Business licensing

At the moment, there are a slight delay in getting our licensing due to COVID.

We are currently waiting for our turn based on appointment made with the relevant government agency. We are hoping all goes well with this which we can then proceed with the banking details.

Well, that is all for now. I will keep this posted for the benefit of business, entrepreneurship and crowdfunding area.

Have a great day folks and Hive on!
