Every once or twice in a month, I usually reward my followers especially the new ones with HBI (Hive Basic Income) to keep them active and hungry for more Hive.
The lucky recent followers are @tawadak24 and
@sawagewitch which I have just sponsored 5 Hive each.
What is HBI?
The purpose is to give Hivers basically a basic income (in a form of upvotes) that will last a lifetime. The more you sponsor, the more you receive HBI.
(Which is why I am sponsoring, lol)
Fundamentaly, it is a good income model for users.
Quick guide:
Since you both are quite new, here's a quick guide.
Simply go to Others if you are using @peakd and click sponsor.
Fill in the forms and click go.
Once done, you will see the transaction in your wallet.
If you are not using peakd, you can always send Hive from any wallet to @steembasicincome with the recipient name in the memo.
Bonus tip
You can get extra bonus HBI if you delegate HP to steembasicincome.
Once all set, you will receive upvotes as a form of basic income.
Congratulations to the receiver and I hope it will boost your motivation to create more contents and active in any of the communities.
Do bear in mind, while HBI is good source of basic income, at the end of the day, you contents and participation matters more and that is where the rewards truly comes.
Rewarding $LEO?
This topic has actually got me thinking whether to reward my follower with $LEO or perhaps the token that they are active using.
Since at the moment, $LEO does not have a model like HBI rewarding them means you are giving them that token.
Not really sure if having a model like HBI can be beneficial in LEO as it might distrupts other things such as active participation.
But, it is nice to have this kind of thoughts. Who knows there are other who thought about the same thing.
Hive on!
