All the water in the sea cannot sink a ship unless it gets INSIDE the ship.
Similarly, all the negativity of the world can't get you down unless you ALLOW it to get inside of you!
You get to choose what you focus on, what you give your attention to, every waking second! When you choose to focus on something you are giving your power to it. That power can come back to you magnified IF you are focusing on things you desire. The choice of what to focus on is always yours.
