This is my aquaponics Kale bed. Kale is considered a super food. High Alkalinity, and mineral rich. Most of the modern candida, yeast, and other nasties feed and thrive in acidic blood. High alkaline foods can kick these critters out the door and send them packing.
here is some leafy lettuce that we let grow to seed. No Monsanto here! Only Heirloom organic seeds and plants.
and just to show Im not only doing the gravel beds, here is our floating bed lettuce.
