Today I came across a post by @empoderat updating investors on his project known as the @seed-treasury.

Though this post was a bit short, it provided important updates to this project that I find to be very cool.

What Was It About?

This project is a very innovative one. Essentially, @empoderat has created a token here on Hive called the SEED token. It is a HBD backed token that generates it's value from the trading activity of @empoderat on and off-chain.

Token holders invest in @empoderat similar to the way you would invest in a hedgefund in the traditional finance sector and generate gains alongside the operator. Holders can rest assured that the trades will be made with best intentions because @empoderat has sunk a ton of their own money into the project and is managing risk accordingly.

What I Liked:

I really like this idea for an investment vehicle because it allows users to put their funds in the hands of someone with a track record of success. The reports are also very comprehensive and everything is transparent in nature.

It feels like a project like this is something that can bring the community together while allowing traders to diversify their investments. Additionally, it can be very helpful for beginner traders to have a fund like this so they don't have to make every transaction and decision themselves; something that can be quite a daunting task when first starting out.

Do your own research, but this project is something you should keep your eye on if you are looking for somewhere to invest some funds here on Hive!
