Yes I saw, I have a feeling it was written with me in mind LOL. I'm definitely a proponent of increasing transparency through added control measures! I have made it a focus to publish a full budget with notes of where everything will go as well as publicizing the supply maximums we plan on using. My hope is that my word will be good until proven otherwise (it is my hope it is never proven otherwise). I think that giving press releases in advance of any changes is also important to do.
