It can be bought on Binance (not Binance US) or on Probit.com you can also acquire it with https://bscbridge.deathwing.me/ tool by @deathwing or you can convert BNB to bLeo or Matic to pLeo and unwrap it to sell on the Hive-engine. You can also flip Splinterlands assets for a small loss to acquire swap.hive. You can also deposit a few cryptos to Hive-engine and sell them for swap.hive. I don't have any experience with simpleswap or any of the options offered on @blocktrades but those should be options as well. Hope one of those is helpful for you.
