To me it is not a question of what is constitutional or not because those laws and regulations could never have predicted the social climate a pandemic would create, I mean the constitution is outdated to the point where it was literally written by slave-owners. What I think is more important is what the right to choose is when it comes to your own health and beliefs, and because each state has a different stance on that it really creates a lot of social unrest. I think the issue could be helped a lot by Pharma companies publicizing whether or not the vaccine would help deter the spread of Covid because as far as I have seen it does not (though I would gladly be incorrect because that would mean we are moving towards a healthier world). The main dissonance lies in the fact that laws are being enforced without tangible benefits being accomplished. Why are we forcing people to vaccinate if they will spread Covid at the same rate either way? If the vaccine works, then the people who get it won't get sick and those who don't will have a higher chance. If it doesn't work, then the people who get it and don't get it will be just as likely to get sick. If you want to take that risk as an individual you should 100% have the right to take it, unless you not getting the vaccine puts others around you at a greater risk, once again something that has not been shown yet. I got the vaccine a long time ago because I was told it would protect my family, knowing that isn't really the case is frustrating to me and makes me feel lied to for profit, no conspiracy, just capitalism.
